As a followup to an earlier question, yes I realize this functionality
exists in TortoiseSVN, however we also need it via a web interface as
we have offline users that only have web access and only need to be
able to compare files etc, not check things in and out.

I will install websvn at the moment but I would much prefer one
product to do both.

So for me, there are 2 major things that the server product is missing
that would make it the best thing around (and I would not mind paying
for if it was a commercial offering):

1.  web access to view file history, diff files etc
2.  web based administration for administration (creating repositories
etc remotely)
