Hmm. This is a News Group. It's not the HelpDesk. If you want to raise a support issue, why don't you contact [email protected] directly? If they can't or won't help you, that's a commercial matter for you to sort out between your two companies.
But I don't think that you should consider that anyone has right to a response from this or any other newsgroup. Certainly I don't. When I post to any of the increasingly numerous newsgroups I find myself belonging to :-( I recognise that some you win, and some you lose. The help you get from a newsgroup always has the potential to be exactly what you paid for it. I know the VisualSVN people monitor this group and that they provide a great deal of help. They've often helped me in the past. But I regard that as a bonus, not a right. If I thought the problem meant that VisualSVN was not giving me what I paid for, and if I couldn't get a reply here, I'd contact them directly. Maybe I'm wrong on this: but that's always been my assumption. And perhaps I'm taking you too seriously. I did note the smiley. If that's the case, then please accept my apologies. Whilst it is not stopping me and my team from doing any work it is sometwhat irritating that we cannot seem to use our certificate. Some help please?!
