Did you manage to solve the problem?

If no, could you please send us your authz file (something like
"C:\repositories") or the screen shots of the Properties->Security
dialogs for the Root, TestRepository, SomeModule1,SomeModule2?

Could you please try to set  the Read only access for TestGroup1,
TestGroup2, TestGroup3 for the Root and check if the problem is fixed?

Could we ask you to check the Event Log and send us all information
related to the  VisualSVN Server?
