Do you have a fairly simple guide/hint document on the _simplest_ way
of going from http to https? Assume I can generate a self-signed cert
that is trusted by all the browsers where I work, and I can export it
into whatever format apache wants (PEM, right?) and it's a 100%
windows shop (server & workstations).
