Import from a Fedora FTP server with SVN into VisualSVN

I have inherited this Linux OS that is a FTP server allowing
TortoiseSVN to be accessed from outside our network. How can i import
the repositories from this machine into a Windows 2003 server with
newly installed VisualSVN??
