Hi! Could you please send us the VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer.
Could you also try to use TortoiseSVN 1.6.1. You could download TortoiseSVN 1.6.1from our site: http://www.visualsvn.com/visualsvn/download/tortoisesvn/. Thank you!
