Can anyone help? Currently running VisualSVN Server 1.7.1 Using windows authentication. The repository has BUILTIN\Users set to read\write. Users already existing before VisualSVN was installed seem able to create branch/tags in the repository. The user highlighted below in the event log was created afterwards with the same credentials but cannot create branch/tags.
