Hello.. We recently upgraded our 1.4.2 SVN server to VisualSVN
Server. We were able to import the old repository without any issues.

We setup Active Directory groups for access; the programmers read/
write and the operations people read-only. We use TortoiseSVN as the
SVN clients.

There is one programmer which receives the following error when she
tries to commit:

Commit Failed (details follow):
Server sent unexpected return value (403 forbidden) in response to
MKACTIVITY
request for '/svn/repository/svn/act/d6d69253-1df0-8641-
b629-682a5a7017c9'

Now, for the odd part. She logged into my work computer as herself
and was able to make the same commits WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

Thinking it was a computer issue (it was old and had domain
identification issues), we swapped out her PC with a new PC to. After
getting everything back installed and configured, she is still having
the same commit issues. If I try to commit with my credentials on
both her old and new computers, I get the same error.

Any ideas?

VERY, very odd...
