Hi Olga,

Actually I finally got it to work.  I had to change the "Log On As" in
the Windows Services to administrator from "local system" account.
Why would I need to do that.  Why wouldn't local system account have
all the permissions to execute the "%VISUALSVN_SERVER%\bin\svn.exe"
command?
