I used the help page and added this to the server. I can't seem to get the email to work. Can you confirm this is correct assuming that the path to the executeable is ok and the mail info is correct?:
"C:\program files\VisualSVN Server\bin\VisualSVNServerHooks.exe" commit-notification "%1" -r %2 --from [email protected] --to [email protected] --smtp-server mail.domain.com --smtp-user [email protected] --smtp-password mypass
