The setting I use is because I had the same problem "Error by Update/ Checkout: Could not read chunk size" and I reference the solution -> http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2008-06/0066.shtml I will try to remove all httpd-custom.conf to verify default setting when our svn server is not so busy thease days.
