Since version 2.0, VisualSVN Server service is run under built-in Network Service account. Network Service account has minimal system privileges and is especially designed to run services such as VisualSVN Server. You can also configure VisualSVN Server service to run under a custom Active Directory account (to improve VisualSVN Server isolation, for example).
