You're right.... unpacking the Zip on our Windows server appears to be stripping out the executable content from the Zip. I downloaded the zip again and everything is in there, but the copy I put on my server is missing the executable pieces. Copying the unpacked Zip to the server appears to have worked. Wierd. -B
