Can't figure out how to create a hook in vsvn manager.
When i open Hooks tab i see

COMMIT
Start commit hook
Pre-commit hook
Post-commit hook

LOCKS
Pre-lock hook
Post-lock hook
Pre-unlock hook
Post-unlock hook

REVISION PROPERTY CHANGE
Pre-revision property change hook
Post-revision property change hook

And having
c:\Repositories\svnroot\hooks\pre-revprop-change.tmpl
