As also Small Business Server 2011 includes Windows Server 2008 R2. And VisualSVN Sever supports Windows Server 2008 R2. Besides we have not received any reports about troubleshooting with using VisualSVN Server on SBS 2011. I should inform you that the current version of VisualSVN Server is 2.1.7.
