Hi Chinna,

It's likely that your mobile internet connection is not a full connection,
and is either behind NAT <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAT>, behind a web
proxy or both. In some cases, you can switch between these modes by
changing the internet APN that you connect to (such as with Vodafone
NZ<http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=9780>
).

But whatever the case, this is something that you need to discuss with your
ISP and not an issue with VisualSVN itself.
