We run VisualSVN Server Version 2.5.5 on Windows 2008 R2 Server with
Windows Authentication - Basic and Integrated Windows Authentication turned
on

If I try to connect to this server via command line SVN from another
Windows Client and pass the username and password via the the arguments
--username and --password I can see in the VisualSVN events that these
arguments are not passed for authentication and instead the Windows Account
from the Client is used! Therefore I get an authorization error and cannot
commit... The background is, that our build server (Jenkins) has to create
tags and uses for this issue a SVN command line client...

Maybe anybody can give me an advice on how to solve this problem?
