I have updated the 7zip to the latest version.

The problem was resolved when we changed "set
DATE=%date:~0,2%-%date:~3,2%-%date:~6,4%"  to "set DATE=
"%DATE:~-4%-%DATE:~4,2%-%DATE:~7,2%".

Our next challenge is we are taking full backup daily, because of it the
backup size comes daily 20GB.  We would like to go with incremental backup
script. We find one or two scripts but they are not working.

Could you please suggeste us some links or some script files which will
perform Incremetal backup.
