Revert "contrib: qt: allow building in debug mode"
This reverts commit 8c7ce5361fe15b7cbe7c55fc9303569478a0d270.
In debug mode, Qt's bundled ANGLE throws an assertion on startup. This
prevents the nightlies from starting.
