It should appear anywhere that's running perl 5.005_0x. (It's a bug in
perl, not in VMS) I don't know if this has been fixed for 5.6.0, but if not
I'll get patches out for both 5.005_03 (there may be one in the archive
already) and for 5.6.0 if need be,
