I probably ought to be able to find out how to do this, but I've failed, so
apologies if this is a FAQ:

I know how to build and install binary installations on VMS (and I've even
created some of my own), but I don't want to have build them on every system
which has (the same version of) Perl installed.

Is there a standard way to package up the necessary bits from the build, so
that one can just update the installations on other systems using the
ready-built binaries?

[I am intending to use Perl 5_005_03 (the version in the PCSI kit supplied
by Compaq), in case that is important.]
