I disagree. I had a lot of difficulties (and finally gave up) with
older versions of XML-Parser, but built the latest version 2.30
(and a separate expat) with a lot less hassle. Sorry to not have
chimed in earlier - I didn't take notes, so I'd have to go through
all the mess again, and I have a lot of paid work to do right now.
I'll have a look at it, but don't hold your breath.
