I'm going to try and fix this Test::Simple exit code problem and VMS.
As it currently stands, Test::Simple exits with the number of tests
that failed. This makes sense on everything but VMS.
So rather than try and fight VMS, I'll just special case it. I have
three basic exit conditions.
1) All tests successful.
2) Failed some tests.
3) Test died.
So what would be sensible exit codes for those under VMS? Ok, failed
normally and failed abnormally.
