This little patch to configure.com makes a slight change in
the logic for selecting the /List option when compiling, so
that it is propagated to the extensions being built.
I don't now about the rest of you, but when trying to track down
problems in #define's among many #include files, /List is your
friend!
As before /List is only in effect for a build with VMS-debug
selected.
