Peter, looking at the *.mms files you sent and noticed something very, very, very strange. They both say they were generated by MakeMaker 6.03 revision 1.63. The MM_VERSION and MM_REVISION macros also match. Yet the MM_VMS_REVISION and MM_VMS_VERSION macros show the right versions and the resulting files are obviously different. That is very confusing. Otherwise the diffs look as expected so far. Still probing. -- Beef Coronary
