I'm trying to build blead on VMS testdrive. It seems to be going wrong here:
Making B (dynamic)
%MMS-W-GMFUTURE, Time for [--.LIB].EXISTS is in the future: 8-OCT-2005 13:46:42
.00
Am I doing something daft here? Or is that machine confused as to what the
time is, so it's not my fault? I've no idea if my home directory is a network
mount, which is often a cause of fun on Unix.
It is possible that the time is off on the test drive machine after it
was moved to it's new location.
I can not sign up with to get a new testdrive account to look my self as
the signups are still down.
I would recommend sending an e-mail to testdrive (at) hp.com if the
condition continues.
In a cluster condition, having the time off on one of the systems can
cause problems, but it is usually noticed only if the path to the disks
is MSCP served. MSCP can be over a network or faster interconnect.
