Please note that this patch level is the minimum version of Perl on VMS
that can be used for generating the makefiles for SAMBA V4 until it
makes it out in to a real release.
Unfortunately in it's present form, I do not think it can be directly
applied to the maint stream because I put some of the fixes in a prior
patch with out thinking about getting the functionality in to maint.
Currently I do not have the cycles available to handle updating both
maint and blead, as I still have quite a backlog.
Of course I do not know how critical it is for others to have this
functionality.
