This patch (along with the other patches previously submitted) makes the
lib/Module/Build/t/Compat.t pass all tests.
I have not yet checked to see if it causes an issue with other tests
that use Module Build.
No other issues were found from that patch.
However something between blead-358-g331932 and blead-405-g64bc6d5,
vmsish.t started failing on its (gmtime) test. I have not figured out
what caused that.
