I would suggest making a BIG effort to streamline the installation 
process for inexperienced users.  In particular, try to address the 
underlying interface problems which cause the top few FAQs.

ChromiVNC has quite a significant userbase by now, and seems not to 
get so many questions asked (apart from feature requests, but I need 
to do something about those anyway).  Maybe some lessons could be 
learned.  ;)
