experienced by users as well as developers. Then just as you are about to fall asleep
with a smile on your face,
the reality of not having done a positive test kicks in. Many of us have been there
and will again.
I'll be trying this package out real soon now, so haven't yet checked if there is a
readme file or something
that indicates use of user announcement or a pop-up or "status" hot-spot on a
tray-icon or even a statistics/performance log associated with this package.
If any of those exist, it would be a good idea for the readme to have a section on
"Confirming successful operation";
this is more important for drivers than software visible via the task-list I guess.
Of course, with such stunning performance improvements, the operation ought to be
quickly apparent.
