It's called winvnc.log. Although the file seems to get reset on reboot...

Never mind... I found it. The log goes to the system32 directory instead of
the app folder.

If you have the "V" showing up in your task bar, you can simply right 
click on it, go to properties and there should be something about 
logging connections in there.
