KVM over ip or Cybex KVMs controled by pcanywhere are the only thing I know
of to do this: http://www.cybex.com/ or KVMs like that. They are very ery
expensive though.

VNC never worked as when the resolution would change when a machine rebooted
the resolution changed and the vncviewer closed whereas pcanywhere would
simply change with the resolution.
