The way I have it setup is like so:

{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
--------------/-======ssh tunnel=====-\--------------
[Win32 client]-++++++vnc traffic+++++-[FreeBSD server]
--------------\-======ssh tunnel=====-/--------------
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}
{Big Bad Internet} {Big Bad Internet}{Big Bad Internet}*cpyrght*

As you can clearly see, the (plain text) VNC traffic/communication is
protected by encapulating it in an SSH encrypted tunnel (also called port
forwarding).

It works (as you can see from the picture above) and it is secure (see
picture again) and easy to setup (referer to picture above).

Hope that helps!

Jack
