RealVNC - Ports

Is here one how can help me???
 
I've seen in the source from the RealVNC, as he is using some ports:
*       5400     Flash-Port
*       5500     Incoming-Port
*       5800     HTTP-Port
*       5900     RFB-Port
 
Are these UDP or TCP-Ports?!?
