Have this problem with connecting to the vnc server and either the following 2 things happen.
1. Can only connect and login after 5 attempts (showing black screen on 1st four attempts with the circle black dot curser) 2. Does not connect, shows white screen and the server hangs and freezes the server PC. The server is running on windows ME pc, with ics installed (port 5900 has been opened). Would ics be causing any problems even though the port has been opened? It has video card savage2000? any1 with any ideas? I have checked the client pc and is working fine as the exact same problem happens in both linux and windows clients.
