Very True, scheduler is involved. Actually, I got it fixed and the scripts all ran last night with no problems. Thanks for your help:all. i'm using the 'net stop winvnc" option.

Since the original poster had said he wanted to change the passwords weekly I assumed some form of scheduling would be used to make that a non-issue.
