Hallo!

I can't seem to connect to myself in browser ([..])
but i can connect to myself with client.

i tried to connect to my server and port but IE always
bring me to a error page

What error page does IE give you?

i typed in browser gazou.no-ip.org:5800

Have you tried http://gazou.no-ip.org:5800/? See the
difference between the two! If you use a non-standard port
for http you need to explicitely define the protocol that
should be used (http://).
