I disagree. I'd say that those who are complacent and apathetic about Microsoft's actions are the ones who need "growing up".
Despite popular opinion, it is not an "adult" or "professional" thing to do to ignore gross moral and legal offenses merely because the perpetrator is large and successful. I don't care what they taught you in business school. Morals DO matter, and things that are illegal are STILL illegal whether or not you get caught or penalized. (If you care about such things. Me, I'm more upset by the MORAL offenses than any LEGAL offenses.) You imply that you are somehow "grown up" because you do not care about the multiple blatant legal/moral/whatever offenses that the world's most well-known consumer software company has committed to claw their way ruthlessly to the top of the industry. I must strongly disagree. You are the one who needs to grow up. "Grown-ups" are supposed to have more of a sense of morality than children. Reality, of course, differs from this... as you are an example of.
