Hi All,

First post..here goes.

I have followed the docs on how to drill into the registry so
properties can be set so users cannot stop the vnc server and change
the password. Problem is that the following value in the registry is
not there.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\<username>

Only this shows up:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\Default

I went into the services properties under Win2k and selected the user
that is allowed to use the service upon start thinking that this would
initate a new key with the username but to no avail.

I'm sure somewhere this question has been answered but I cannot find in
in the threads.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Regards,

Chuck
