Well, I /think/ the firmware of the Soho3 is at least similar to the Pro's
firmware, so, sorry in advance if this doesn't apply to you...

When you add the rule, you need to give it a specific IP address in the
destination field.  For example:

Source: WAN
Destination: LAN
Addr Range Begin: <IP.Address.Of.VNCserver>
Addr Range End: <IP.Address.Of.VNCserver>

Note that the Begin and End addresses are the same.  In essence, you are
forwarding port 5800 (and 5900 for HTTP) to the IP Address of the machine
that's running the VNC server.

Also, if you are using DHCP, you may want to add this machine as a Static
Entry by entering an IP Address along with the machine's NIC MAC Address.
