When running multiple vncservers for different functions for the same person, as I do, you can use the -display option to note what the intended function of each session is. For example;
I support many projects. I may do the following; vncserver -display "Project Sammy" vncserver -display "Project Pacific" vncserver -display "Project Home" When looking at the task bar in windows for each viewer, I would see the following; "jensen's Project Sammy desktop" "jensen's Project Pacific desktop" "jensen's Project Home desktop" Very useful for my situation. Another use, though very insecure, is to have the same person start all vncserver sessions but assign them to other people. Hope this helps. )_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_) Joel Jensen )_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_) The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.
