Hi! I know this topic has been covered before several times but after reading several posts and trying some of the suggestions I am still unable to connect to my computer at home from work.
On my modem / router I have forwarded ports 5900 and 5800 to the internal ip address of my computer but when I try to connect I just won't find my computer through the modem / router. Do I need to do something else other that forward the ports?
