OK, for the host, use the IP that the server has (eg 192.168.0.1) and the port is ussually 0. so you would use 192.168.0.1:0
The password is set in the options, as I have never used the Mac server I would not how to get there, so I cant help on that part :P If you have any problems, please contact me and I will see what else I can do!
