This is my first post so hopefully this worked> Im having problems with Mcafee Firewall. My PC sit behind a lynksys router, I can connect to multiple machines behind the router. On one PC, I have installed Mcafee Firewall. VNC is installed as a service. I can not connect to the machine until I stop and restart the vnc service. Firewall lists the VNC service sometimes. When I restart the service, it show VNC and the listening ears in the active program section. I can connect and all is fine.
When I reboot the machine, I can not connect until I stop and restart the service again. It's like VNC is not registering with Mcaffe firewall, or Mcafee firewall is not detecting the VNC service. Ive tried allowing all connections types, and no filter on the VNC program with no luck. The only time VNC shows up as active in MCFW is when I stop and restart the service. Any ideas?
