I've looked everywhere and saw no reference to this. But, if you VNC into a machine that is running PowerVCR II, the application goes bonkers everytime you move around the mouse, even if it is minimized. Is there some kind of weird hook VNC is calling to the system to make this happen? You could repeat this problem by installing PowerVCR II and VNC Server on Windows 2000, and then VNC into that machine.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
