Please reply to the *list* I don't know, from the screen shots, maybe you don't need any port forwarding. Your Alcatel seems to be a modem and thus every port is open to the outside world. What is your problem exactly?
Have you tried http://gotomyvnc.com/ to check if your VNC server is accessible from the Internet?
