Open regedit.
For 3.3.7 viewer, goto
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\VNCviewer\MRU
and delete all A, B, C, etc values and then clear index value.
For version 4 viewer, goto
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RealVNC\VNCViewer4\MRU
And delete all 01, 02, etc values without caring about the order value.
