First of all, you need to understand that VNC uses port 5900 for default
display in its own protocol. Port 5800 is just the port to deliver the web page and
java client through HTTP at the very beginning if you're using a web browser. But
once the java client is loaded, it uses port 5900 to talk to the server.
So, do you really mean to use 5800 or is it just a typo error? So when you
configure the port forwarding, it's normally 5900 rather than 5800.
On the other hand, have you read the documentation for your product? I've
found a link to their doc in Portuguese:
