Okay first thing you need to understand is:

WIndows only has one GUI, so vnc on windows display that one.
Linux can have as many GUIs as there is resoruces to allocated,
so vnc is designed to start a new GUI and let people access that.

This is not what you want.

Addionally your questions are not clear.
