I am having difficulty with vnc. here is my setup...
Running chicken of the VNC for macosX on 10.3.4, using logitec 2 button mouse,
3.3.7 vnc server on linux 2.4.26, gnome 2.6,
Everything works great, only occasionally on mouse actions, i get little numbers that come up... and then the mouse cursor turns into what looks like a couple sheets of paper and a list.... Now, I think this may be a clipboard of some kind, but I have never seen this before on linux, and I have no idea how to make it go away! It makes the window completely unusable... I can't do mouse actions, no keyboard, I can't select anything. Killing the viewer doesn't change anything, so I am guessing it is either something that I have never seen in gnome before, or in the VNC viewer. If I kill the vnc server, and restart, It goes away... but I have to brute force kill the viewer, and Ioose any work I have been doing.
I did a google search, but I don't even know what to look for. I don't know if this is gnome, vnc, what....
